Author Guidelines

EDITORIAL ARTICLE EVALUATION PROCESS

First Stage: Internal Evaluation

Received articles will be initially reviewed by the Editorial Committee to ensure they meet the author guidelines and are relevant to the journal's themes. This process will take a maximum of fifteen days. Articles that do not meet the requirements will be returned to the authors with comments for adjustments and possible resubmission.

Second Stage: External Evaluation

Articles that pass the internal evaluation will undergo double-blind peer review, where at least two specialists in the field will assess the scientific quality and contribution of the article. The Editorial Committee will communicate with the authors via email to provide feedback and request necessary corrections, ensuring a transparent and constructive process.

Third Stage: Decision and Publication

Based on the peer review results, the Editorial Committee will make the final decision on the publication of articles and notify the authors. The maximum time for publication of accepted articles is one year from the initial receipt of the manuscript.
